
Overview
Based in the Riyadh office, Mohammed is part of the Litigation and Regulatory Team. Mohammed is involved in assisting Middle East as well as international companies with a wide-range of corporate matters and commercial disputes, as well as labour cases. He has also worked on several governmental advisory matters.
Experience
- Working on establishing a large e-commerce platform based in Saudi Arabia
- Working on various litigation matters including (labour, commercial, enforcement and criminal) by providing legal opinions, drafting memos, and attending relevant courts and committees
- Working on a settlement of a false tax assessment which involved three international companies against the General Authority of Zakat and Tax
- Working on incorporating a non-profit wildlife organisation in Saudi Arabia
- Provided support in the enforcement of a foreign judgement on behalf one of the leading telecommunication companies in Saudi Arabia
- Conducted benchmark exercises for regulatory matters
