Salma Alsolaman is a Trainee Associate in the corporate team, based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Salma deals with a range of corporate matters ranging from joint ventures, partnership agreements and compliance matters to incorporating a company in Saudi Arabia.
Salma has also advised regional and international financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors on Islamic finance, banking and project finance transactions. She also has been involved in advising international and Saudi Arabian claimants in litigation and enforcement proceedings from Saudi law perspectives and has represented them regarding existing disputes before the Saudi judiciary and related committees.
